Meet our Kidzone Owner
As the Program Director and owner of a preschool and childcare center, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the well-being and development of children in our care. I have a strong background in early childhood education and have been working in the field for over 20 years. I am dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow in. My passion for early education and commitment to providing quality care drives me to continuously improve and innovate our program.

Kidzone is proud to have some amazing teachers in southwest Michigan. We are like family and we learn and grow and enjoy teaching young children together. We challenge each other to strive for excellence.
Currently both centers hold a 5 Star Quality award. The Great Start to Quality is Michigan's quality rating and improvement system that supports programs and providers in their efforts to provide high-quality care while helping families find and choose quality programs that meet their children's needs.

Our Program Directors and Lead Teachers have many years of experience and training to provide the best to offer. Kidzone provides tuition reimbursement for ongoing professional training and Early Education degrees for all co-teachers that want to be challenged further.

We are looking for Teacher Assistants in both of our locations:
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED
Must pass criminal background check and fingerprint and TB test
Current First Aid/CPR Certification or (willing to obtain)
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Willing to obtain CDA certification.
Must complete 24 hours of professional training annually.
We are looking for Lead Teachers in one of our locations:
Lead Teachers are responsible for lesson planning, and monitor children’s progress. You will need to ensure every child is provided academic, social, emotional growth and development. You will need to foster a positive enriching environment in the classroom. Create a working team in the classroom with teacher assistants and have positive communication with families. Must be able to work on a computer and iPads in the classroom.
Must hold a CDA Certification or ECE Associate Degree.
